Well after all that cleaning it's time to put it together.
First, I put the brushes in to the brushholes.
I check to see how much brush sticks above the
chassis surface and I push on them to make sure
they spring freely.
Next, I slide the magnets into place. Of coarse, I
wipe off the magnets with a rag to remove any
dirt or metal chips.

Time to slide the top plate into position.
Check the rotation of the armature and make sure
the brushes are still in place.
I then place the Idler gear into position.

Next I put the clamp on.
Now I begin to clean each pick-up.
I start by using the dremel wire wheel on the top end.
This will make for a better contact.
I could only show holding the dremel wire wheel
and not the end of the pick-up here, because the other
hand was holding the camera.
