Once the pickups are ready we can put the pickup
spring into position.
I then put on the pickup and check it's movement.
Also, I file down and fill old pickups or use new ones.
The one shown here is worn from the track and
needs to be filled, filed or tossed.
I will add the pickup repair JPG's to my page
on my next update, So, keep checking back.

Of coarse all chassis need tires :-)

Time for a shot of that special oil.
Nothing smells better than a t-jet with this oil on it.

I place a small dab in the armature hole on the bottom
of the chassis.
Try not to put too much, you only need a small dab.
Make sure you wipe off any excess.
I place another dab of oil on these top gears as well.

Well, there you have it....your chassis is ready.
Remember, this is a simple chassis clean job.
This should get you started for cleaning your tjet
chassis.
Now racing....well that's another story.
